LEX MALLA LEX NALLA

Do you know the meaning of the above “Latin phrase” ?
(Previously I typed as _MALAS LEXIS NALAS LEXIS_but it might be incorrect so I corrected the wording as typed above)

Is the “mala” the same “mala” as in “mala, malorum”? I can’t think of any roots that were having the double-L, but my Latin was never as solid as I would have liked. 🙂

The “Nalas” was really throwing me off. 😛
 
Concur, it is dog latin of lex mala lex nulla, a bad law is no law.
