Do you need Holy Water to be baptized?

When a person gets baptized in the name of the “Father,Son and Holy Spirit” does that water need to be Blessed?
 
Water for baptism should be blessed (canon 853) but the lack of a blessing does not affect the validity of the sacrament. In cases of necessity where someone is in danger of death and no clergy are around then a lay person could use any type of water to baptize.
