Do you say the Chaplet of Divine Mercy?

I don’t pray the Chaplet as often as I could or daily like I used to

But I do, most every day, stop whatever I’m doing at 3pm (if it’s humanly possible, which it is 99% of the time) and just say St Faustina’s aspiration - ‘O Blood and Water which gushed forth from the heart of Jesus as a fount of Mercy for us, I trust in You!’ (three times).

I say at least one a day, usually more, one on the way to the bank and one on the way back from the bank, in the morning, in the evening waiting for hubby to get home from work, I don’t do it at 3pm because of work, but I do set my cell phone alarm for 3pm and say the 3pm prayer. God Bless.

I don’t say it every day, but I do say it about 3 to 4 times a week on average. I try to shoot for 3:00, once in a while I am lucky when I can hit exactly 3:00PM, but alot of the time it will be more like 3:30 or so.

While on this subject, does anyone know if in St. Faustina’s messages when Jesus told her the “3 oclock hour” did He mean EXACTLY 3 or anytime before 4? Anyone know?

Could you please let me know exactly how to do this chaplet?? I’ve read most of St. Faustina’s diary and yet do not yet know or feel i know what i am supposed to do… Thanks.

Boy, do I know how you feel! The same information, over and over, but not an answer to your question. (It’s as bad as Advent; which seems to be only about a wreath. Venting past frustrations.) Heard about the diary here and recently finished it. The diary doesn’t seem so long, once finished; and has become a valued reference by then.

What I do is pray, as per 476 of the diary, while meditating on the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary, between 3 and 4 pm. I gather this is not the majority practice, but works well for me. It moves very fast and is a nice compliment to the Rosary. (i.e. Rosary in morning, Chaplet in afternoon).

Jesus also said, in the diary, to meditate on the Stations of the Cross at 3 (even if just for a moment). I tried doing a quick review of the Stations after the Chaplet. Is becoming an examination of my day: How have I condemned Jesus today (hopefully not!)? How have I taken up my cross today (or not)? How have I fallen (and handled it)? How have I helped others with their cross today? How have I been helped with mine? And so forth. A lot of “I” and “me” for it being about Jesus. Is about availing of His mercy.
