Yes adultry is a frogiveable sin. All sins are forgiveable if we come before god and ask for forgiveness with a sincere heart.
And all sins are looked upon as the same in god’s eyes. It is true that we humans look at some sins as being “very serious offenses” but god views all sin as being disobedient towards god and therefore are all put on the same level whether it is commiting adultry or lieing to one another. As far as consequences go, yes we will be judged before god after we die however we are promised that we will spend eternity in heaven with christ. Now i dont know what the consequences will be but obviously we will not be deprived of happiness because we will spend eternity with christ.
As far as the ten commandments go… they were abolished at the cross of jesus and today we are no longer under the mosaic law including the ten commandments but we are under christ’s law which is far superior. Some were carried over in christ’s law but even the sabbath was abolished since we are not to offer just 1 day devoted to god but every single day of our life.
