Agree, I believe it is highly doubtful the SSPX will return to full communion.In answer to the OP’s Question, I just don’t know if the SSPX will return into full communion.
There are some positive signs. For example, the Vatican allowed a nun to join an SSPX convent. But there are negative ones as well. The SSPX’s own American website says that there are “latent problems” in the documents of Vatican II and that “Catholics cannot in conscience attend the Novus Ordo Missae.” Obviously, the SSPX will need to renounce these beliefs if they are to return into full communion with the Pope. I think it should be noted that even if the SSPX returned into full communion, some SSPX chapels may break away from the organization in protest.
All in all, I (as we all I’m sure) hope that the SSPX returns into full communion.
