Is there an angel who is in charge of a typhoon? For example, one angel for typhoon Trami. A different angel for typhoon Manghut.

??? No.

Typhoons are storms, they are part of the natural world.

Then how come the angel said the light from Saint Faustina’s mouth makes him difficult to approach her? I believe the angel is the bringer of storm and St Faustina was praying the chaplet of divine mercy to stop it.

That is a private revelation, not a doctrine nor teaching of the Church.

What about the angels who hold the winds of the four corners of earth in the revelation? “I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth to prevent any wind from blowing on the land or on the sea or on any tree.”

The Revelation is a book full of metaphors, poetry, and obscure language. As we both know, there are not 4 corners on a spherical earth.

Those are directions, they are not corners. They are not fixed points on the earth, the closest you could come would be the magnetic poles, however, there are no East Pole nor West Pole.
