In preparing test tube babies many ovums are collected from the women doner and fertilised with the man’s semen.

Did such fertilised ovums in laboratory have souls?

Did remaining fertilised ovums in the laboratory destroyed are considered killing ?

Hi,

Yes, each fertilized ovum becomes an embryo and therefore, another human being. The fact that it is alive, testifies to the fact that is has an immortal soul. It is the soul that gives the embryo life. To destroy any living embryo is to kill a human being. There are many people in denial about this; but this is simply the truth.
