Does anybody outside Philadelphia area do the Flame of Love devotion?

It seems like the Flame of Love devotion is huge in Philadelphia, with many churches hosting prayer groups and discussions (often with the pastors themselves getting involved) and a retreat or some big Mass happening every month (all of which draw crowds) . It doesn’t seem so common anywhere else in USA.

Does anyone else outside Philadelphia practice this devotion?
