I know this may sound silly, and I know yoga has been talked about here before, but I was wondering if anyone has any problems doing the yoga poses on this game? There is also some very strange balance game that is the very last one to be unlocked where you have to balance on the board sitting in the dark while staring at a flickering candle, and it kind of creeps me out.:o

We have the Wii Fit and I don’t have any problem doing the Yoga poses. It is very interesting on how it works and is able to measure where you are. I haven’t unlocked everything yet, but I have read about that last game. It is trying to teach you to be still and balanced. I don’t think it is creepy at all. The balance games are actually very fun and the aerobic games really does get your heartbeat up.

I love my Wii fit, but I agree the candle game is kinda weird, I just don’t play it. None of the Yoga poses really seem like anything other than stretches, there is no new age empty yourself and become one with the universe junk just balance and stretch stuff. I don’t recall any of the poses even being much different than a regular warm up routine-touching your toes, lunges, bending your knees, deep breathing. Overall I love most of the games, I even like the running which is funny cause I hate running. I have decided that the hula hoop game should not be played in front of anyone but my husband:blush: I do exercise now more than before and I’ve even lost all the baby weight from baby number two and even 10 pounds of baby number one weight-just ten more to go and I’ll be at before any babies weight. I’m excited about the new exercise game activelife outdoor adventure or something like that it sounds like fun. Does anyone have it yet?

I don’t have Wii Fit (I would like to get it!), but I recently read this article about it. Be careful doing the yoga positions; apparently, if you are not sure how to do them (for instance, if you have never taken a yoga class with a professional) and attempt a position without someone checking you, it can possibly cause injury.

But, I do still want to try it out! 👍
