Does anyone know a place where I can find a copy of the General Instruction of the Liturgy of the Hours?

I can only find the edition from Feburary 2, 1971. I think there is an another later edition from April of that year. My God bless you.

The liturgy office fo the bishops of England and Wales has a version that was upsated to reflect the 1983 Code of Canon Law. I would think that any other substantial changes would be reflected in their edition, as might adaptations for their country?

Why was a new version issued in April 1971? It sounds like it might be just a technical revision correcting a small mistake,version 1.0.0.1
