Does anyone know of a good examination of conscience?

I find myself confessing the same sins over and over and over. This is not a bad thing in itself but I am wondering if anyone can recommend or link to an in depth examination of conscience that is not the typical list commandment-breaking subcategories? I am looking for something that is a little less clinical and perhaps attempts to help you notice or root out underlying sins that you may not even be aware of.
 
Disregard. I see there is an entire thread about this today. What a coincidence. Mods can remove this post if they will.
