Does anyone know of any good resources to (re)learn Latin?

Does anybody know of a good resource to learn/re-learn Latin? I am interested in learning the Latin language, but I don’t really know where to start. I enjoy attending the TLM when I can, but I would really like to be able to pray on my own in Latin, not just recite existing prayers (not that I don’t enjoy that too!).

I took 3 years of Latin in high school, but this was before I ever thought I would become Catholic, so I didn’t really put a lot of effort into it (something about it raising your SAT scores) I still remember a little bit of the grammar/vocabulary, but not nearly enough to be useful 😦

I wasn’t sure where to post this, but I figured this would be the forum with the most Latin speakers.

The Lingua Latina textbook series is very good.

Catholic Distance University offers Latin I or II most terms. If you’re interest is simply in brushing off the rust, probably you could take the undergraduate Latin II class - You can check it out here.
