Depends on what you mean by “politically correct.” Some people use that phrase to slam any request that we speak respectfully of others, even if we disagree with their religion/politics/sexuality/etc.
No. Political correctness does not cause me to keep my opinions to myself, but whether or not I feel the coversation will be fruitful does. Sometimes these two things align. Sometimes they don’t.
