Does being subjected to pumpkin spice marketing qualify as purgatory?

Actually, Starbucks puts pumpkin purée in their lattes.
Yeah, but most of this stuff is just pumpkin spice with no puree. A lot of it is still tasty, though, especially the ice cream. Starbucks’ pumpkin spice latte doesn’t appeal to me much, though. I prefer drinking coffee black.

I have some Carrot and Sweet Potato smoothies. I would LOVE them if they weren’t so heavy on the pumpkin pie spice!

I put this on my toast in the morning…

Don’t you want your toast to have bright, shiny, white teeth and healthy gums?

That would be wonderful!

Are you sure? Then the friends I asked if they’d seen it in stores are going to think I’ve lost it. 😊

It’s not just fluoride, though it is bad for you. The SLS (detergent) found in almost all toothpastes is what caused me to have a salivary gland cyst, which needed surgery! Then it came back! I was scheduled for a second surgery, when I stopped using toothpaste with fluoride and SLS (and carrageenan) and four days later, the cyst was gone! My ENT says he never uses toothpaste with fluoride or SLS. I tell people of the dangers, but no one believes me until they get a cyst or worse.

And mouthrinses with alcohol should be avoided.

I love pumpkin, by the way. And sweet potatoes. Love the sweet potato pie John makes at Christmas.

Something about scented pine cones just gives me sinus issues.
