Does Catholicism give you energy?

It seems like two people, recently suspected as proselytizers, have run out of steam 😛

Seems like catholics just never get weary of the wearisome and never tire of the tiresome when defending their faith.

I hope one day I can be that energised 😃
 
If, by energy, you mean the Body and Blood of the God of the Universe, then yes, yes Catholicism gives us energy!

Plus, it makes it easier to defend your side of the argument when yours is actually true! 👍
 
Yes Ag not, most of us will fight to the death for our faith. That is our passion. This is Jesus Christ. The Catholic church.

tGette mentioned the body and blood of Jesus as a reason and I agree. After recently quitting one job I had time to attend daily mass during the week. It felt good. Now, if I wait from Sunday to Sunday for the eucharist I notice that my week seems off kilter and out of sorts.

So young lady just when are you going to swim the Tiber?

I was once a protestant, and I can testify that then only the topic regarding catholicism really gives me the stamina to attack.

Now , it gives me the stamina to defend.

It is energizing to accept the truth.

It is powerful to recognize that the greatest minds and spiritual warriors of the past 2000 years are on your side.

Hundreds of thousands of women and men committed their lives to Christ and his truth. They wrote down much of their experiences and understandings.

We are energized by the fact that nothing presented to us today is new, it has all been analysed and the controversies have been resolved!
 
Catholicism definitely gives me the energy! The Bread and Blood of Christ - Nutritious and Wholesome!

Ag-not; this is a question every Christian should ponder? The disciples of Jesus scattered when he was arrested. What made the first and second century Christians go bravely to their Martyrdom? It was their unending faith in Jesus true presence in the Eucharist. History only whispers about those christians who only had a faith in Jesus, without faith in the Eucharist, these were released from torture and death, and fell into apostacy, so the strength for Catholics is the Truth and the Eucharist; Jesus truly present in his church to his people at every Mass = to be sent.
