Does it give grace (helping grace, not sanctifying grace like baptism and reconciliation)?

I’m asking because I’ve dealt with lust a lot in the past and it wasn’t until I started getting serious about going to it that I seemed to not do it anymore, and it was easy! Since I’ve more recently stopped it has come back.

Yes. Much grace can be given via adoration. For you are there before Jesus. There with Jesus.

Absolutely! Great news! Being the presence of Christ gives us the grace of the power of Holy Spirit to take over our lives. I have had the exact same experience. The Rosary and Adoration, going to Mass of course, are the only things that have been able to make me avoid the temptations! I cant on my own power! That is for sure.

Go to Adoration regularly!

God bless! Peace!

Pax Christi!

Yes, indeed: Adoration is a great source of grace. It is a form of prayer, like other devotions, but with the actual Real Presence of our Lord.

Worship on!

God bless.

By all means; you are in the Presence of The Lord. The graces of the Blessed Sacrament will overflow to you.

I have been to Eucharistic Adoration for once only. And that chapel was my first time going because I followed others to go. Before I knew that room is the small chapel, I already had a very strong Holy feeling very far away. That amazed me a lot.

During the adoration, I had a strong feeling of the presence of christ.

I really believe the Real Presence of Jesus during the Eucharistic Adoration. It is really different from a mass. :o
