Outlined, yes. Every facet of it dictated by God, no. The Law was the outline for the culture but it was not the rigid dictation as it was seen as in the time of Christ. At this time, the cultural understanding both within the Law and outside of the Law were heavily influenced by the surrounding Semitic tribes via intermarriage during the time of the Judges. The Law slowly lost its rigidity over the years up to the point where it was completely forgotten about long before the Babylonian Exile. The rigidity we know of from Christ’s time comes from the rediscovery of the Law by the High Priest Hilkiah and the implementation of the Law into the secular code of law by the King of Judah, Josiah.Wasn’t the Hebrew culture outlined by God himself.
