I have researched every world religion and decided Catholicism to be the best. But I am still a skeptic. Since I have not witnessed an Exorcism or a Miracle I have no proof of God or that Catholicism is true. I cant live my life by just faith I need at least one thing of evidence. Like witnessing an exorcism or miracle. Then I could live by faith but until then I don’t know. I prayed to God to show me a sign of evidence and I would believe and have not received an answer. I want to believe in God but am having trouble. Can someone show me some evidence or something to help me?

I’m afraid that demanding miracles is rather counter-intuitive, and not just because they’re rarely granted. A miracle isn’t much of a miracle if the witnesses don’t have faith in it; there will always be a way to doubt or logically explain even what is clearly unexplainable, unless you have faith to support it. In fact, God gives us miracles so that we’ll to have faith in his promises without them.

Yes.

God’s existence, or belief (separate from faith) in it, is based on deductive logical argumentation (such as the cosmological argument, the argument from morality, the principle of sufficient reason, the quinquae viae [first cause, unmoved mover, pure act/contingency, degree, and teleological arguments], ontological, etc.), not feelings or personal experiences. I have never had a religious experience, but I am certain that God exists: and, unlike those who base their faith on some sort of existentialist emotion, faith-as-an-extension-of-reason, based upon reason, is not shaken whenever it comes in to contact with an atheist.

Religious experience is completely null and utterly void when it comes to determining the truth-value of a religion (or any proposition, for that matter): there are believers in every religion, true and false - Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, Mormonism, Protestantism, Catholicism, Orthodoxy, etc. - that have experienced something they believe confirms the truth of their religion.

Read a biography of St Padre Pio if you want some well documented miracles that happend quite recently. Keep praying for Faith. God hears your prayers and will answer in His own way in His own time.

Why do you think Catholicism is the best?

Among other things, Dr Brian Pollard pointed out in his review of “God’s Undertaker: Has Science Buried God?” by John Lennox:

Quote:
The so-called fine-tuning which estimates the staggering odds against the concurrence of so many critical factors, at the right moment and in the right proportions, to permit the universe to come into existence at all, is dealt with at suitable length. As just one example, to produce the exact amount of entropy (a measure of disorder) at the moment of origin of the universe, Sir Roger Penrose calculated that the ‘Creator’s aim must have been accurate to 1 part in 10 to the power of 10123, a figure greater than the number of all the particles in the universe. Astrophysicist Hugh Ross, taking most factors into consideration, made a rough but conservative calculation that the chance of finding one planet such as ours in the universe was about 1 in 1030. An alternative suggestion of parallel universes has been proposed, for which no evidence exists but which, even if true, begs the question of their origins. Philosopher Richard Swinburne thought `To postulate (large numbers of other) universes, rather than one God to explain the orderliness of our universe, seems the height of irrationality.’
Hoyle admitted that nothing had shaken his atheism as much as these enormous odds against chance playing any real part in the existence of life. He concluded that ‘there are no blind forces in nature worth talking about.’

Excellent Questions my friend! I hope you may find a sufficient answer for when you fully embrace the Sacraments of Roman Catholicism, especially the Cross, not only will you be living in the Fullness of Truth, your inner peace and happiness will become unbreakable and limitless, and you will gain the wisdom and strength to help spread the peace and happiness throughout this world.

To know God exists by reason:
First recognize: We think, therefore we do not know, therefore we have to have faith. Since you have to have faith, you might as well place your faith in something hopeful, loving, and personal. Jesus Christ and His Kingdom is just that. Unbreakable peace, limitless happiness, and unstoppable energy, through the powers of perfect patience, kindness, and motivation.

Thoughts?

I look forward to sharing other methods to know Roman Catholicism is the Fullness of Truth, and more importantly, I hope to share the benefits of living in oneness with the Sacraments!
