Does God have a gender?

So God has gender, only in so far as Jesus is a man because of the hypostatic union?
Yes. However, we ought to refer to God the Father using masculine terminology because such terminology acts as a sign of deeper truths- our own gender and sexuality are created to mirror the love of God. Just as a husband loves his bride, so too does God love His people. That’s part of the reason why homosexuality is disordered (in the same way that an anxiety disorder is disordered), because it distorts this image. Obviously, merely having such an orientation is not sinful, only the will to act in such a way.

Zazat, perhaps God has more complicated ways of acting than that.
