Yes, but sch don’t tell the roman catholics
Well, I “hear” “God”, but it’s not the God the Christians describe. I don’t know what the explanation is for this. Either someone is wrong, hallucinating, “God” presents itself differently to different people, or there is more than one god. This is similar to ‘why do people sin?’ We know there’s a God, but people still sin because we are fallen creatures. Sin is a denial of God’s love. Likewise God who is love wishes us to love him. People being people turn their back on God, as he continually calls us.
Some as I’ve noted build up walls to prevent them from hearing God.
Where in Jesus’ teaching does he claim more than one god exists? Or that the accumulation of wealth to the point of making this your god is good? That is not what the OT or Jesus teaches.
I just gave the explanationWell, I “hear” “God”, but it’s not the God the Christians describe. I don’t know what the explanation is for this.
Exactly! You!Either someone is wrong,
Depends what he’s calling you to.From what I know of the God of Christianity and Judaism,f from the Bible God does not silence himself due to sin, but indeed, it is when His people are deep in sin that He makes sure they hear his voice, and He calls them home.
I have had that experience of the Divine, but people tell me that “God” doesn’t talk to sinners…and that I am experiencing demons. Hmm…
Don’t know why a demon would be interested in calling me out of sin. I’m betting it is truly the Divine. Saved my life, many times in many ways.
Are you referring to me?I’d like to hear some more about your experience, if you can express it.
Thanks.
