I mean is there a possibility that the judgement day will not come unless a certain quota of souls have lived here on earth, in another words, have tested good & evil, and each soul have chosen their path, is that scenario possible, considering that there will be no marriage in Paradise (i.e., no more new souls) per (Matthew 22:30).

God wants all of us in heaven…that’s why He sent His only Son to redeem all of us…Not just Catholics, not just Christians…everyone. As far as a quota, there is nothing in our teaching or tradition that suggests that at all. We are made in God’s image and likeness and therefore He desires a communion with all of us one day in heaven. Our judgment is based on how we have lived our lives as He has taught us.
To love God and one another as ourselves. If we have tossed away this free inheritance by disobeying…that’s a decision that we have freely made by ourselves through our free will.

Those of us who had no way to learn about Christ, says Matthew 25…will be able to be in heaven because we have served the poor and the hungry…and know God who is love. Because everyone who is begotten by God, knows God.

There is only happiness in heaven, there is no need for marriage because our marriage will be completed…we will as the body of Christ be rejoined with the head…Jesus Christ.👍

I don’t think it is possible for us to know the answer to this question:

Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How inscrutable are his judgments and how unsearchable his ways! “For who has known the mind of the Lord or who has been his counselor?” (Romans 11:33–34)
