Does God's love look different depending on the level of reality?

I was thinking about why God is said to speak through things (rather than speaking objectively and directly to us the way another human being would), and it occurred to me that God might be the same principle expressed differently depending on the level of reality. So for example

*On the ultimate level “God’s love” is his unity.
*On the cosmic level, that same love becomes the unity of the natural law.
*On an ecological level, the interconnections involved in evolution and climate.
*On a social level, love and charity for all, especially the outcast and the stranger (unity need not require sameness).
*On an individual level, self-forgiveness and weakening of the petty ego whose demands keep us from internal wholeness.

So expecting God the father to speak to us as other humans do would be a case of anthropomorphization, and God’s communication consists of seeing the same principle at work in different ways through different levels.

Thoughts?

To be sure God speaks in many ways. You seem to have left out, however, the supernatural ways that God speaks to us, through the Incarnation, through his Church, through his indwelling within us, in his “still small voice” (cf. 1 Kg. 19:11 ff) not indeed a human voice, ordinarily, but more than what is revealed in Nature alone.

You’re right, I did leave those out, because those ones don’t make sense to me. They cause all kinds of theological difficulties, that I don’t want to get side-tracked into.
