It is a mystery, you see, you shouldn’t question it with your intellect, but believe.
When St. Augustine was trying to comprehend the mystery of the Trinity at the seaside, there was this little boy, making a hole in the sand, and walk back and forth with his container to fill that hole with the sea water.
And St. Augustine asked this boy, what are you doing?
He said, I’m trying to move the seawater to this hole.
And St. Augustine said, it is impossible, how can seawater so vast be contained in this little hole?
And the boy answered, the same with you, how can you comprehend the trinity with your small mind?
And the boy dissapeared.
To understand more about the eucharist, you can see the eucharistic miracles around the globe. You have to be careful though, there are some fake eucharistic miracles those are not approved.

And, in the eucharist, or in the blessed sacrament (in tabernacle, or monstrance, in adoration), it is Jesus himself. Whole Jesus. Body, blood, soul, and divinity. Just as when he walked around palestine, healing people. It’s full Jesus, not half Jesus, even though the host may be half.
So he’s with you there, and you can see him, and he sees you.
In the sacrament of eucharist, in the mass, the priest offers a sacrifice to God in atonement for his sins and our sins, that is the body, blood, soul, and divinity of Jesus Christ.
The Passion of Christ is relived in each and every mass, also, the resurrection of Christ.
So, it is a mystery.
Do not question it, just believe, and then, you will see.
The more you question, well, you’ll be blinded by that questioning. We have to be simple like little child, that’s the way to reach heaven
Here’s a book about the excellence of the holy sacrifice of the Mass, by St. Leonard of Port Maurice:

And you can also read St. Therese of the Child Jesus book, if you want:

The imitation of Christ (a book that was read by St. Therese) has excellent section on the eucharist:

In the Diary of St. Faustina, we will see her devotion and love and faith in Jesus in the blessed sacrament, then we can take it from her examples of childlike trust and simplicity:

Reading the lives of the saints gives spiritual food for our souls, it will greatly help our progress in perfection.
Because we are called to be saints. We are all called to holiness.
And the way to see eucharist better, is to go to confession before receiving it, even if you only have venial sins. Because Jesus is holy, and we must make ourself holy before receiving God the Most holy, truly present, body, blood, soul, divinity, in the each of the consecrated host. Before receiving the Holy Trinity, God the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. When you go to confession before receiving the eucharist, it means that you revere Jesus so much, that you want to be holy before receiving Him. Thus he will give you light about His true presence, without words, but by his mercy and grace
There is this sin called sacrilege, that is if we receive Jesus in the eucharist in the state of mortal sin. That is why people in this state need to go to confession first before receiving the eucharist
We can offer each mass in atonement for our sins, and those of the whole world, for conversion of sinners and for the holy souls in purgatory.
I hope you will obtain light on the holy mass
Here you can see the beautiful Latin (Tridentine) Mass, before the second vatican council changed it to New Mass.

It had been conducted in Latin for 1900 years throughout the world. And it uses sacred music, gregorian chants.
I’ll say a little prayer for you,
Jesus, give your daughter a lively faith in your presence in the sacraments, especially the sacrament of eucharist. Where you are truly present, body, blood, soul, and divinity
Grant her faith, to see you in the blessed sacrament
Amen
