When we are meditating on, lets say, the Mysteries of the Rosary, does Mary “hear” us although we have not given a human voice to our prayer? How about the Saints and Angels?

Prayers – even bad prayers – are heard every time.

Hi Holland,

Heaven is the contemplation of God. Since all knowledge exists in God, and God knows all your thoughts and prayers, those in heaven can “hear” whatever we think or say as God allows them too. These are deep mysteries that we cannot fully understand in this world.

The saints can intercede for us in imitation of Jesus Christ, who (as Man) is always alive to intercede for us with the Father (Hebrews 7:25).

The saints see in the beatific vision our conditions and our supplications.

God has complete and constant knowledge of us individually. They (Mary, Saints and Angels) “hear” us only when we ask them to intercede for us?
