Does Revelation imply that Mary suffered pain in childbirth?

I listened to Tim Staples recent open forum where he talked about the virginity of Mary staying intact during child birth. Through which, she experienced no pangs due to the fact that she was immaculately conceived. Yet in the Book of Revelations, she is described in 12:2 as having the pangs of child birth. How do I reconcile this?
