Does the Assyrian Church of the East and Oriental Orthodox Churches carry apostolic succession

I know a lot of Catholics (if not all) say Eastern Orthodox Christians, along with Catholics, carry apostolic succession and have valid sacraments. But is this true for Oriental Orthodox Christians and members of the Assyrian Church of the East?
