Does the Bible sanction the "division of the races"?

The Ku Klux Klan has promulgated the idea that the “division of the races” is somehow sanctioned by/in the Bible. Is there any evidence that premise is true?
 
No. Anyone promulgating such an idea would be obliged to prove it.
