Hi,
I am a new member! I joined today because I am searching for answers to a few questions.
I am Catholic and my fiance is Orthodox.
We would like to get married in a Catholic church on a Sunday.
I would like to know if the Catholic church allows weddings on Sundays? It is my understanding that there is no law against it and that it often comes down to the priest or the church???
Also, will it be difficult for an Othodox to get permission to marry in a Catholic church?
Or, will the Catholic church give me permission to marry Othodox (in an Orthodox church) if the plan is to marry on Sunday?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
