I’m trying to look for where the catholic church has an office that includes all of the dioceses in the United States and will have information on a national scale. Specifically the overall finances of the Catholic church in the United States

ok thanks. I don’t know why i couldn’t find it before. Its so clear now.

You could look here:

You will not find an overall picture of the ‘Catholic Church in the United States’ because the finances do not all go into the same pool. My money in the collection basket goes directly to help my parish. My Pastor sends a small percentage to our diocese. My diocese distributes a copy of a year-end report with all of the finances fully explained.

Perhaps this will give you some of the information you seek. There is no such thing as an all encompassing US Catholic Church bank account or anything close to that.

No.

Canon Law governs the way material goods and finances are adminstered in the Church. Dioceses, parishes, religious institutes, and other organizations are all separate entities.

There is some information available at the USCCB website, but not what you seem to be looking for.
