Does the Catholic Church have concrete scientific proof of "Global Warming/Extreme Climate Change"?

I read where the Pope has been discussing the environment with certain scientific study groups to see if there is real evidence of “Extreme Climate Change” due to man made
global warming. I have not heard the results. If there are any, what were the names of the groups and what sources of data do these groups use

If the pope has discovered irrefutable evidence that global warming is more than politically influenced hype, we would have heard about it by now.
