Does the Catholic Church still consider me a Roman Catholic?

I was baptised and confirmed in the Catholic Church and raised Roman Catholic. At the age of 24, I chose to be “received” into the Episcopal Church. They do not re-confirm as the recognize the orginal confirmation in the Roman Catholic Church. Am I still considered to be Catholic…and If I’m not, what would I need to do to be Catholic again?
