Does the CC believe or teach in/about the Intertestamental Period?

I was wondering if the CC teaches about this period in bible history where God is silent for about 400 years after God delivered His final message through Malachi until the birth of Jesus Christ.

Whether the CC believes it or not I would appreciate some reference as to why or why not.

The Catholic and the Orthodox Churches (i.e., most Christians in the world) believe that Divine Revelation did not cease during that period, as that was the time when most of the books omitted from Protestant bibles were written.

I reccomend reading the book of Wisdom written in that time period. Its in the any Catholic version of the bible and in many protestants apocrypha.

At least read the first two chapters.
