Does the Chruch permit abortion for rape and incest victims?

Since not only the victims, but also the offspring would have to endure a great deal of mental, physical and social trauma, does the Chruch permit abortion for rape and incest victims?
 
Dear friend,

If think that anyone who was conceived as the result of rape or incest, would rather live than be aborted. Rape and incest do not alter the fact that an innocent child will have it’s life snuffed out before it is even born. No one has the right to initiate such a thing. Certainly, the Church sees the killing of innocent human life as mortally sinful regardless of how the child was conceived.
