Does the church view Edgar Cayce as authentic?

Regarding his abilities to access the Akashic Records (the Book of Life) or his readings regarding chakras, auras, angels, or any of his other revelations.
 
Although I am not aware of any official Church pronouncement concerning Edgar Cayce, I think it is safe to say that the Church would not be in favor of his practices.

The type of practices Edgar Cayce participated in, such as channeling, definitely falls under the condemnation of occultic practices in paragraphs 2116 and 2117 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Whatever messages Edgar Cayce received during his trances would not be coming from righteous spirits but from evil spirits. Consequently, the church would not deem them as authentic revelation.
