Does the Easter Vigil satisfy the Sunday Mass obligation for Easter Sunday?

There is a bit of controvery in my house. Some say yes and some say no.
 
Yes, the Easter Vigil Mass satisfies the Sunday obligation for Mass on Sunday, just as does any vigil Mass for the following holy day.
