Does the marriage act require the full disclosure of one's past sins?

In order for the sexual act of marriage to be moral, must both spouses first reveal all of their thoughts, moral faults and sins, etc? The marriage act is supposed to be free, total, etc… does this totality require such a transparency and confession in order for the marital act to be moral?
 
Dear Rose,

The marriage bed is not the confessional. What happens in confession sacrosanct. It is not necessary or even desirable that husband and wife reveal to each other all that they have confessed in the sacrament of Penance. The freedom of being in the state of sanctifying grace is freedom enough for the marriage bed.
