Does the potency of holy water remain when its evaporated?

I have a small holy water canister on my keychain, and noticed all that was left in it, after the hot summer months, was white powdery residue.
 
Those are mineral deposits.

You’ll have to refill it with more Holy Water.
 
There is no more holy water. Following the laws of nature, it is gone. As @Cruciferi said, you will have to replace it with more holy water.

Holy water is not some kind of “magic potion” which gains or loses potency. It is simply a sacramental. That’s all it is.
