Hello,
So I know how SSPX has valid sacraments (excluding Confession and Matrimony) but they are all illicit. However, in regards to sedevacantist groups like SSPV, are their sacraments completely invalid or are they the same status as SSPX in that regard. I know that SSPX is not excommunicated and that they do not hold canonical status. I know that sedevacantist groups are excommunicated. However, I don’t know the status of their sacraments or if they even have apostolic succession. Thank you!

SSPV does have valid sacraments because they have maintained a line of apostolic succession. The group’s priests have all been ordained by a recognized validly ordained bishop. Clarence Kelly is the Bishop for the group and he was ordained by the validly ordained bishop Alfredo Méndez-Gonzalez. Alfredo Méndez-Gonzalez was then excommunicated for the illicit ordination of a bishop.
As you note, because they lack faculties, they cannot validly hear confessions or witness marriages.
