I renounce and reject all false tongues, and repent for using this unholy prayer language. I renounce the false

Does this sound like I am revoking the true Holy Spirit that lived in Christ or any ungodly spirits such as satan. What do you mean by ‘false tongues’? Do you pray in tongues and now fear it’s a false gift?
I suggest you pray asking the Holy Spirit to show you the truth, as to whether or not whatever ‘tongues’ you have is a true gift of the Holy Spirit.
I suggest also that you speak with your priest.

If you’re Catholic, I suggest you speak to a priest. Psychiatrists and such, would probably not take you seriously.

As for your prayer, itself, you must have faith that God understands your intention. No one can revoke the Holy Spirit by accident. The Holy Spirit knows you better than you know yourself. Listen to Scripture:

Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

And finally, in answer to your questions.

The wording is confusing.

It sounds as if you believed that you were speaking in tongues and now you are either confused or believe that you were faking/being led astray.

Firstly, remove “Holy” from your terms when speaking about false spirits; Only One is Holy: Yahweh God!

Next, ask the Holy Spirit to be the One to Rebuke Satan and any unholy spirits that may be confusing you.

Finally, if you believe that you are truly hearing voices, seek the counsel of your spiritual advisor or your local parish’s Priest if you do not have one; he can recommend the proper measures that you must take.
