No. Mass attendence is what is required, not viewing.
That being said, if you are too ill to leave your home, you are free from the Sunday Mass obligation. Wtaching Mass on television or attending a daily Mass when you feel better may be good, but they do not fill an obligation because for you no obligation exists.
You are doing the right thing, but for a different reason.

As others have stated, it does not qualify as Mattendance at Mass. However, if someone can bring you Communion from the Church, the TV Mass is a great preparation for receiving.
