Does watching mass on tv fulfill sunday obligation?

Do you fill your obligation of going to mass if you are ill and watch mass on tv ?
 
If someone is too ill to attend mass then their Sunday obligation is abrogated, they have no obligation. Watching the mass on tv is a laudable thing to do and could be spiritually helpful but it would not be required.
