This in relation to my previous thread: **Does Yahweh change his mind?

That thread got closed, so I want to ask another question:

Yahweh is being directly quoted from his own mouth in those verses. It’s not just a perception as far as the story is concerned. Is the Bible inaccurate, did Yahweh not make those statements showing that He changed his mind?
 
does the all powerful have the power to be wrong? if he is perfect can he be wrong? why would perfection become imperfection? It is a mystery to me.
