Does your church use the Nicene creed or the apostle's Creed?

Nicene, in Latin, most of the year. Apostle’s, also in Latin, in summer. Both chanted.

It depends on the Liturgical season. When we have the Scrutinies in Lent we use the Apostles Creed because the RCIA people are receiving the scrolls, among other reasons.

Interesting as the creed is not required at a weekday mass unless it’s a solemnity.

We almost always say the Nicene Creed
at Mass except during Lent we usually say the Apostle’s Creed at Mass.

Yes, but it’s the formal school Mass. That Creed may be the only time the noncatholic students hear it.

In Scotland we say the Nicene Creed except Lent and Advent when the Apostles Creed is used

We do the Nicene Creed! I really like it. There was a time when I went to another church and they used the Apostle’s Creed and it did throw me off since I’m used to that being used for the Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet.

The vast majority of time on weekdays the Creed is to be omitted.

The only time when the Creed is recited during a weekday Mass is on a Solemnity.

If the Creed is recited at a weekday Mass that’s not a solemnity, I wouldn’t say that’s an abuse - however, it is an abnormality that really shouldn’t take place.

Unless, if I’m not aware of, there’s an indult to use the Creed for weekday ferial Masses with children…

Nicene Creed at every Mass (where the Creed occurs).
The Creed is not confessed at every Mass. Or, do you mean by liturgical action?
I mean exactly what I wrote.

The Nicene Creed is quite common in Vancouver. But both are used.
I recall using the Nicene almost exclusively up until the 80s but since then in the parishes where I’ve been it’s been mostly the Apostles. Found out about the indult around 2001 or 2002.
