Does Your Parish Ring the Bells at the Epiclesis?

I attend a Byzantine Rite parish on Sundays, but this morning I went to Mass at a Latin Rite parish. They had a very brief ringing of the bells at the epiclesis, followed by longer ringing at each of the elevations. I think the parishes around here are mixed; some use the bells, others don’t.
