Doesn't Jesus say to call no man "Father"?

I’ve heard this question asked and answered by listening to EWTN already and I do understand it but can’t express very well to a new member of our Parish who went through RCIA this Easter who asked me this question this weekend from reading Saturday’s Gospel…she struggles with the meaning of this and the churches that call their pastors “Father”. I’d like to make sure I give her the right answer. HELP!
