My husband was given a wonderful book that I believe our troops would appreciate. Has anyone heard of the book, A Table in The Presence? It’s a dramatic account of how a U.S. Marine Battalion experienced God’s Presence amidst the chaos of the war in Iraq. It’s written by Lt. Carey Cash, a Chaplain serving with the U.S. marines.
Oliver North recommends it saying, Lt. Cash has crafted a dramatic chronicle of courage and a testament of faith under fire that is as stirring as it is eloquent. It is a must read for those who want to understand the war we are in and the warriors who are defending us. God bless~
