I loved the movie! The graphics are so well done and I think there was just the right amount of humor/battle and some character building. They’ve done a good job incorporating parts of comics from what I hear.
The fact that it’s a 2-parter has been advertised for quite some time now if you’re into Marvel and know the whole Phase system they’ve set up. Most of the films somehow add to each other and in this case, Avengers 4 will literally finish that story arc. It’s also so completely obvious that the end of that movie isn’t the end of everything… Marvel isn’t stupid and they sure know not to throw away money from certain… blockbuster-esque films that have come out recently…
I think that there are some great things said such as “We don’t trade lives” “Today we fight for all lives” and just the fact that so many heroes gather together. There is a sense of remaining nobility in these characters even after all they’ve gone through and each one brings some sorrow and strength to the table.
Marvel films have always had crude humor/swearing but considering these aren’t Deadpool, I’m fine with it.
Sometimes, it seems as though fans get so upset when something doesn’t go their way even though they have zero say as to how the screenplay is written and how the directors choose to do things…
