The Hopeless,
Please let me join the other respondents in encouraging you. Things are NEVER hopeless, and Mother Church is far more interested in making things right than she is in condemning people.
Most confessionals have a screen between the priest and the penitent, and most churches have regularly-scheduled times for confession. So the priest will most likely not know who is confessing which particular sin. And the other respondents who say that NOTHING will shock the priest are right.
I will say a lot of prayers for you.
