That’s ridiculous.

Word of mouth, fliers, maybe make a website (or add it to the parish’s website).

Since Summorum Pontificum, priests don’t need the permission of the bishop to say the TLM.

Latin Rite. Whatever. For the most part, when I refer to Catholic Church, especially in the USA and Europe, it mostly applies to Latin Church (plus, I’m 99% sure every poster who reads this understands what I mean).

You Eastern Catholics… 😉

its not a problem for the children, its a problem for me. I’m over 50, over weight, and over wobbly… I would probably knock Father down trying to get back up…😊

You could bring something to kneel on to Mass, like a little block of wood. I advise, though, asking the priest to have people kneel in the first row of pews, since that’s a common practice in the Church when there is no altar rail.

I only refer to it as such because the Pastor would have wanted more there than just my family, and on the one day that he was there to see, we were the only ones there.

The Mass is very small, our biggest turn out was maybe a dozen people. Because of this, I don’t think we’ll be permitted to continue after this June. I hope I am wrong.

The moto proprio of 2007 granting permission for all roman priests to use the TLM specifically enables private masses. Public masses are still regulated by the bishop.

It does require the bishop to offer access to a TLM if the faithful present a stable group.
 
We have 2 kneelers at one of the churches I go to and many do use them. I’ve never seen anyone trip over them they are big enough to see & avoid. You obviously have one of the priests in your corner and you and he have seen how many use the kneelers…ask to have them put back and see what he says. Or a sign on the first pew and a few announcements at each of the masses will get the message across. At this same church if a section of pews are reserved then it is roped off & a reserved sign is placed on the rope, no one has ever ignored this.
