This is somewhat old news, but I just heard of this recently. I haven’t found threads about this at all on the different Catholic forums - I think because most Catholics didn’t grew up with him, as many Protestants have.

God is always searching for us…like the widow who lost the penny, like the shepherd who lost his sheep…so it’s wonderful to know that the donut man has found his way all the way home!
